The Tourism and Hospitality class is an option offered to Second Chance Students. The class size is limited and 16 students are taking the course this year, which is run by Mr Paul Houchins, a Peace Corps Volunteer, (see Meet the staff) ,. Paul has himself had wide experience in working in this field. The photos show a practical test the students underwent on Tuesday August 23rd. After preparing menus, cooking their food and setting up their room as a restaurant, the class divided into two groups, one being the customer, and the second group doing the waiting. Naturally the roles were reversed at half time.
